Jock & Louisa

Jock and Louisa’s August wedding at Preston Court in Canterbury was a day full of laughter, personality and plenty of fun!

Their traditional wedding ceremony took place on Juliana’s Island, surrounded by their family and friends, before Your Celebrant Vicky brought everyone together for a second, wonderfully hilarious ceremony. Full of humour, laughter and theatrical flair, it was the perfect reflection of Jock and Louisa as a couple.

The celebrations continued in theKentish barn, where guests enjoyed a delicious sharing roast platter, carved and served at the table. With traditional carnival-style games, vintage touches and plenty of entertainment, the whole day had a brilliant festival and fairground feel.

Of course, no Preston Court wedding would be complete without a ride on our beautiful Victorian carousel! Jock and Louisa enjoyed some magical moments and captured some wonderful wedding photographs amongst the vintage carousel horses.

With Jock’s background working on TV sets, there was always going to be a little theatre and personality involved and their wedding certainly delivered! It was a wonderfully relaxed, joyful and completely unique Kent wedding, and I loved being part of it.
